2. Description of Service
Cigarino is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Track and manage their cigar collection (humidor)
- Log smoking experiences with ratings and notes
- Discover new cigars from our database
- View statistics about their collection and smoking history
- Sync data across devices via cloud storage
3. Subscription and Pricing
Cigarino operates on a freemium model:
- Free Plan: Access to basic features including limited humidor tracking, smoking journal, and discovery.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited humidor capacity, advanced statistics, cloud sync, and exclusive features. Billed monthly or annually.
Subscription prices are displayed in the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to use Cigarino.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (notes, ratings, photos). By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Share your account with others
- Upload malicious content or spam
7. Intellectual Property
Cigarino, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. The cigar database information is compiled from public sources and our own research.
8. Disclaimer
Cigarino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cigar information in our database. Cigarino does not promote or encourage tobacco use; it is a tool for existing cigar enthusiasts to manage their hobby.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cigarino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
