Delete your Cigarino account

You can delete your Cigarino account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, because we do not control it: it is held by the store that sold it, Apple or Google Play. Cancel it there before you delete, otherwise billing continues. The steps are on the support page.

How to proceed

1. Open the Cigarino app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the App & legal section.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Data deleted immediately and permanently

• Your account and sign-in credentials (email, Apple or Google sign-in)
• Your profile (first name, last name, country, date of birth)
• Your collection (cigars, humidors) and your wishlist
• Your tasting journal (notes, ratings, smoking times)
• All your photos

Data retained temporarily

• A technical deletion marker (containing no personal data) is kept for up to 30 days, while our systems verify the purge is complete; it is then erased as well.
• The billing history of any purchases is managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play under their own policies — Cigarino never holds any payment data.

Lost access to the app?

Email us at cigarino@menhiris.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete it manually within 30 days.
