Welcome to Cigarino, an app published by Menhiris Group. By using our mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Cigarino is a mobile app for iOS and Android that lets you:

• Track and manage your cigar collection, organized in one or more humidors
• Log every cigar with a rating, tasting notes, photos and smoking time
• Explore an illustrated catalog of cigars and rate them
• View statistics about your collection and history, and receive recommendations
• Keep a wishlist and sync your data across devices via your account

Cigarino sells no tobacco products and does not promote smoking. It is a management tool for adult enthusiasts.

2. Age requirement

You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction (at least 18, or 21 where local law requires) to create an account. The app applies an age check based on your country.

3. Free plan and Premium

Cigarino offers a free plan (humidor limited to 10 different cigars, tasting journal with notes up to 150 characters, catalog, wishlist) and a Premium tier that unlocks the unlimited humidor, multiple humidors, tasting notes up to 350 characters, and statistics & recommendations. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a single lifetime purchase.

Prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) under their own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your platform account before the renewal date.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and agree to provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → App & legal → Delete account); see the account deletion page.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (notes, ratings, photos). You grant us the licence needed to store and process this content in order to provide the service. Community ratings are aggregated into an average; your individual notes remain yours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the application
• Upload unlawful or malicious content

7. Intellectual property

Cigarino’s design, features, branding and content are protected by intellectual property law. The cigar catalog is compiled from public sources and our own research; we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

8. Disclaimer

Cigarino is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Catalog information (including estimated smoking times and strengths) is indicative only. Smoking is harmful to your health.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cigarino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
